Our services are customizable to fit your budget or give you help where you need it. You tell us what needs to be done or how much time you need. No generic checklist, everyone needs something different, and we get that.
Our techs are background checked every 6 months to provide the security of knowing that the people doing the job are qualified and trustworthy.
We are PCI compliant with credit card security measures in place to keep fraud from happening. Once you enter your information, nobody in our office has access to it. Our software only holds the last 4 digits of any card, so hackers cannot access full card numbers.
Unique to this industry, we send out alerts when the techs are on the way, when they start and when they complete a job. We even have a map feature so you can see where they are during this process.
Billing is automatic, after completion you will receive a detailed view of the time spent and you can leave a review of the technician. Once billed, your receipt will show up in your email with all the details.
